Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. She started participating in fitness competitions at the age of sixteen after having ended gymnastics in her youth. In the course of a year she earned her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. She won her Pro Card just one year later and was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the oldest IFBB Pro. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her university education. In 2015 she re-entered the stage to compete at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance she competed throughout her career and setting new goals every year. She won another four fitness awards by the end of the year. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to complete her degree after earning the Pro Card. In October 2015 she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. In June of 2016, she was named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage three months later taking sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by her result. Considering she was battling against some of the top competitors. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. She usually does bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. First, she warms up and then moves on to the sets she works on. Ariel also Ariel likes to use her time the best way possible. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings for all her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
